Today I looked through all of the active San Diego real estate listings in order to identify the piece of San Diego real estate with the biggest lot. What I ended up stumbling upon is that the three of the four biggest San Diego real estate listings are on one prestigious street: Rancho Del Mar.

5130 Rancho Del Mar TRL, San Diego $9,500,000 5 bedrooms 6&1/2 bathrooms 10,738 sf
4512 Rancho Del Mar TRL, San Diego $8,700,000 6 bedrooms 7&1/2 bathrooms 11,800 sf
All three of these super expensive San Diego real estate listings were built within the last five years.
